When I think about my last 7 days posts, they were pretty shit. Mostly because I didn’t put a lot of thought into and just did it so that I could form a habit. Starting this week, I’ll try to incorporate more elements every week so that my reflections are better.
- Only did 25 push ups and sit ups – was lazy during the night. I think I’ll try to add my push ups at the end of my morning routine before I see sunlight. I think habit stacking will be a pretty effective strategy
- I feel like I spend a lot of time just sitting there and reading lecture notes passively. This is probably inefficient so I’ll try to do some strategies to try and be more efficient.
- Ideas:
- Start a timer
- Try to write a summary of each section/page/whatever
- Try to explain it to myself (feynman technique)
- If i don’t understand something that’s fine – as long as I know which areas specifically I don’t understand i think its ok cuz at least I can find ways to improve it instead of just drowning myself in general confusion
- Ideas:
- I’ll add a section called random thoughts where I put random thoughts I find interesting. Maybe I’ll write a full post about them later
- There’s some internship applications that I should fill in.
- I actually need to meditate tommorow cuz I am actually lazy – will definitely do it tommorow
- Try to set a timer for when I have to lock in and not scroll my phone. Now that I am thinking about it because I am reading notes passively I am probably not really concentrating and why i get so many random thoughts
